Terms of Electronic Delivery of Documents

To better serve our clients, United Church of Christ Cornerstone Fund, Inc. (“we,” “us” and “our”) is making documents available electronically. To ensure timely delivery of information, to minimize our printing and mailing expenses, and to reduce the burden on the environment, investors who wish to receive offering documents, periodic statements, and other communications via electronic delivery must review, sign and return this consent form.

Documents that you may receive electronically include, but are not limited to the following (collectively, “Electronic Communications”):

  • If you are an investor in the Term Notes, Flexible Demand Notes, Flexible Demand Plus Notes, Giving Bonus Notes, or any other debt securities that we offer from to time (“Notes”): our Offering Circular, financial statements, investor statements and reports, other information that we may be required to deliver to you from time to time under applicable law, general correspondence and other materials pertaining to us and our Notes.
  • If you are a loan client: loan application materials, loan documents, borrower statements and reports, other information that we may be required to deliver to you from time to time under applicable law, general correspondence and other materials pertaining to us and your loan from us.

Computer Requirements

To receive and retain Electronic Communications, you will need:

  • A valid email application, whether an independent software program or accessed through the internet.
  • A personal computer with internet access and the capability to view or print electronic files in portable document format (.pdf), provided at your own expense.

How Electronic Communications Will Be Made

Electronic Communications will be delivered to you by an email message sent to the email address you provide to us. The Electronic Communication will be contained within the email, attached to the email or on a website identified or hyper-linked within the email. We recommend you add “@cornerstonefund.org” to your email service as a trusted sender to ensure receipt of Electronic Communications.

Undeliverable Electronic Communications

If an Electronic Communication is returned to us undeliverable, we will send you a paper copy within five (5) business days via the U.S. Postal Service to the mailing address shown in our records.  We will stop sending you Electronic Communications if Electronic Communications to you are returned to us undeliverable three (3) consecutive times. If that happens, we will send all future Electronic Communications to you via the U.S. Postal Service at the mailing address shown in our records.
