A special program for churches wishing to make "green" improvements to their building and grounds, the EcoLoan offers a modified application, reduced closing costs, a maximum loan amount of $75,000 and a choice of any of the loan rates listed above.
With a maximum line of $75,000, amortized over a five-year term, the Revolving Line of Credit offers churches important flexibillity with the option of interest-only monthly minimum payments.
Adjustable Rate 5.750%    

All loans are available with payment terms of 5 to 30 years. The interest rate on a Cornerstone Fund loan is set at the time of loan approval and is guaranteed for 60 days. If the loan does not close within the 60 day period, the interest rate will be subject to market conditions.
